Bennie Dion O’Kane, 61, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at his home.

He was born in Flint, Michigan, August 26, 1955, was a U.S. Army Veteran and a former truck driver.  He was preceded in death by his father, Eric Dion O’Kane.

Survivors include:

His wife – Sara Yarnall O’Kane of Columbia

His mother – Lucy Marie Vinson O’Kane of Michigan

One son – Eric O’Kane of Tennessee

Two daughters – Jamie Heustess of Georgia, Christi Reeves of Florida

Three brothers – Douglas, Randall and Ronald O’Kane all of Michigan

Three sisters – Kimberlee Urwiller, Angel Peavler, Cissy O’Kane all of Michigan

Eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren

The family chose cremation and no public service will be held
