Norman George, 72, of Columbia, died Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 11:07 A.M. at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg. 

He was born June 10, 1944, in Russell County, and was the son of the late Lilburn Phillip & Bertha Marie Guffey George.

Three Sons – Ricky Dale George of Texas, Phillip Edward George & Aron Christian George both of Columbia

One Daughter – Nickie Iline George of Columbia

One Step-Daughter – Margie Handy of Columbia

Two Brothers – Larry George of Columbia & Clarence George of Russell Springs

Six Grandchildren – Heather Ewing, Craig Wilson, Jacob Dotson, Lucas Dotson, Ashton Dotson & Gloria Dotson

Two Step-Grandchildren – Julie Franklin & Roberto Ramirez

One Step-Great-Grandchild – Trena Renee Coffey

Several other relatives & friends also survive

Funeral Service – Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Wolford officiating

Burial will follow in Columbia Cemetery

Visitation after 10:00 A.M. Saturday
