Donald Wayne Jessie, 73, of Columbia, died Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 5:40 P.M. at his home.

He was born March 26, 1943, in Metcalfe County, to the late Herman & Mattie Frances Romines Jessie.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon Padgett; brothers-in-law, William Franklin, Jim Isaac Franklin & Carlos Bragg; and sister-in-law, Ima Jessie.  He was a member of White Oak Community Church and a farmer.

Two Sisters – Linda (Austin) Bragg & Connie (Danny) Phelps both of Edmonton

11 Grandchildren & Several Great-Grandchildren

One Aunt – Lucille Romines Fields

Two Brothers-in-law – Rev. Davis (Doris) Franklin & Woodrow (Jeanette) Franklin

One Sister-in-law – Dolly Bragg

Special Friend – Jack Morgan

Special Caregiver – Jane Potts
