Margaret Davis, 73, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 12:57 P.M. at her home.

She was born May 30, 1943, in Adair County, to the late William and Kizzie Janes Richard.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Depp Davis Jr., on April 3, 2017, and four siblings; Pete Richard, Maggie Sneed, Bernice Taylor, Artie Lee Aaron.

Margaret was a member of Columbia-Union Presbyterian Church, worked in the food service department at Westlake Regional Hospital for 30 years, worked in the kitchen at the “Old Circle R” and worked at Fruit of the Loom.

Survivors include:

Her son – Terry Davis of Columbia

Her granddaughter – Breah Renae Davis

One brother – L.T. Richard of Columbia

Two sisters – Margie Sneed and Lucy Long both of Columbia

Close family members – Robby, Alyssa and Elijah Key

Several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Sunday, May 28, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. William Sandell officiating

Burial in Columbia Cemetery

Visitation after 5:00 P.M. Saturday
