Mike Burris, 55, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, October 7, 2016 at 6:38 P.M. at his home.

He was born November 7, 1960, in Adair County.  He was owner, along with his wife, of Sta Clean Carpet Care, a member of American Angus Association and Adair County Cattleman Association.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kalup Burris and a brother, Lewis Dale Burris.

Survivors include:

His wife – Sherry Parson Burris of Columbia

His mother – Gertrude Wilson Burris of Columbia

Two brothers – Danny (Debbie) Burris and Travis Burris all of Columbia

One niece – Sara Burris

Several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Stanley Watson officiating

Burial in Tarter’s Chapel Cemetery

Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Sunday
