Pat Hare, 73, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.

She was born October 23, 1941, in Adair County, to the late Owen and Lillie Wooldridge Wright.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Brock, a brother, Owen Edward Wright and a step-son, Craig Hare.  Pat was a retired medical secretary, a member of Shiloh Christian Church, VFW Post 6097 Auxiliary and the Patriot Guard Riders.

Survivors include:
Her husband – Joe Hare of Columbia
Three daughters – Cindi Alexander and Cathy Akin both of Columbia, Susan (Joe) Lillis of Richmond
One step-son – Eric (Charlotte) Hare of Columbia
One sister – Joyce (Bradley) Bradshaw of Glensfork
Four grandchildren – Brian (Mindy) Alexander, Shauna Akin, Lindsey and Kalee Roberts,
One step-grandchild – Elliot Hare
Two great-grandchildren – Aiden and Axton Hadley
Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Ratcliff, Bro. Terry Shelly & Bro. Bill Welker officiating

Burial in Cane Valley Cemetery

Visitation after 5:00 P.M. Tuesday

Casket Bearers:  Brian Alexander, Eric Hare, Elliot Hare, Wesley Melson, Darren Bradshaw, Jeff Pike

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy are requested to be in the form of a donation to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, or to the charity of the donor's choice.  These can be made at the funeral home.
