Rosie Bennett

Rosie Bennett, 74, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

She was born November 30, 1944, in Adair County, to the late Riley Thomas and Leoner Blaydes Bennett and attended Morris Chapel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include:

Four children – Charles Jr. Crawhorn (Connie), Deborah Smith (Josh), Mary Linda Denton and Betty Crawhorn (Daniel Gadberry) all of Columbia

Two brothers – Carol Wayne Bennett and Raymond Bennett both of Columbia

Two sisters – Mayrine Gill of Lexington and Mary Louise Rainwater of Columbia

11 grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, six step great-grandchildren along with several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn McInteer and Rev. Wayne Keith officiating

Burial in Columbia Cemetery

Visitation after 1:00 P.M. Saturday
