Tina (Browning) Roberts

Tina Roberts, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 7:07 P.M. at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.

She was a daughter of the late Cash and Myrtle Smith Browning of Casey County,  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Roberts on January 28, 2004, her daughter & son-in-law, Jean and Tom Brock, and the following siblings, Earl, Ed, Harvey, Bill and Donald Browning, Rebecca Brown and a sister in infancy.

Tina was a member of Russell Heights Baptist Church, was owner with her husband of Roberts Bait Shop, a seamstress and retired from the Adair County School System in the lunchroom program.

Survivors include:

Two sons & daughters-in-law – Steve and Tracey Roberts of Glasgow, James and Marsha Roberts of Columbia

One sister – Bessie Dile (Freeman) of Columbia

Five grandchildren – Jennifer Varahala (Anand), Steve Roberts II, Misty Evans, Jamison Roberts, Bart Roberts (Cassie)

Five great-grandchildren – Brian, Sophia, Ezra, Cash & Aarini

Several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 12 Noon at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Putteet, Bro. Frank Benton & Bro. Wayne Keith officiating

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Friday

Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements
