She was born April 3, 1981, in Campbellsville, Kentucky.
Amy was a member of Kelleyville Community Church and Case Manager for the Ole Homeplace

Her husband – Phillip Coffey of Columbia
Her parents – William and Denise Pendleton of Campbellsville
Two children and two step-children – Isaac Pendleton, Clara Coffey, Hayley Coffey and Braiden Coffey
One brother – Bro. Matt Pendleton (Tracy) of Columbia
Her grandmother – Clara Ellis Durham of Campbellsville
Her father-in-law and mother-in-law – Timmy and Debbie Coffey of Columbia
Several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by a brother, William Pendleton, Jr.
Funeral service – Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Pendleton and Bro. Ralph Foster officiating
