Anna Lou Shirley, 81, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, January 15, 2016 at 2:10 P.M. at Summit Manor Health & Rehab.

She was born March 5, 1934, in Adair County, to the late Willie and Gladys Corbin Harmon.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles A. Shirley, two sisters and two brothers.  She was a member of Hutchison Community Church and retired from Osh Kosh B’Gosh after 30 plus years.

Survivors include:
Her husband – John Shirley of Columbia
Three sons – Junior Shirley of Hope, Indiana, Carl Shirley of Columbia, Clarence Shirley of Crawfordsville, Indiana
Two daughters – Della Rowe of Louisville, Rachel Bradshaw of Columbia
One brother – James Harmon of Greensburg
Three sisters – Mary Moss of Summersville, Lizzie Veatch of Columbia, Rosella Bennett of Russell Springs
Eight grandchildren – Brian, Shelly, Chasity, Stephanie & Matthew Shirley, Christy Holzer, Amy Long, Michael Bradshaw
Six great-grandchildren, several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Monday, January 18, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Brown officiating

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation on Sunday from 3:00 - 7:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, Gideon Bible donations would be appreciated

Casket Bearers will be her Grandchildren
