Billy Bernard

William Micheal “Billy” Bernard, 68, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 10:50 P.M. at his summer home.

He was born December 25, 1953, in Adair County, to the late Losier and Alva Keen Bernard.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby and Buddy Bernard, two sisters, Betty Bernard Rogers and Mae Bernard Franklin, five nephews and one niece, Butch and Jackie Bernard, Ricky Burton, Jimmy, Steve and Marie Franklin.

Billy was a drywall hanger for 50 years.  He loved hunting and fishing but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

His wife – Carolyn Bryant Bernard of Columbia

One son – Tony and his wife Emily Bernard of Columbia

One daughter – Emily Bernard of Campbellsville

Three grandchildren – Arron, Courtney and Olivia Bernard

Three great-grandchildren – Thadius, Teagyn and Ella Bernard

Two sisters – Brenda Simpson of Danville, Indiana, Frances and her husband Jr. Freeman of Indianapolis, Indiana

Funeral service – Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Beulah Chapel Brethren In Christ Church

Burial in Beulah Chapel Cemetery

Visitation after 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday at the church
