Obituary
Dale Cowan, 66, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 8:40 P.M. at Russell County Hospital.
He was born April 25, 1956, in Adair County, to the late Elvin and Mamie Burton Cowan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Darrell, Rickey and Mike Cowan.
Dale attended Shiloh Christian Church and was an auto body repairman.
Survivors include:
Two sons – Joey Cowan (Christiana) of Conroe, Texas, Dewayne Cowan (Marla) of Columbia
One daughter – Elizabeth Cowan of Columbia
Two brothers – Ronnie Cowan and Billy Cowan both of Columbia
Four sisters – Betty White, Kay Turner, Faye Stotts and Barbara Jones all of Columbia
Six grandchildren – Brantley, Brayden, Braylee, Asher, Axtyn and Slayton
Several other relatives and friends
Funeral service – Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Jamie Bryant and Bro. Ralph Foster officiating
Burial in Bearwallow Cemetery
Visitation after 9:00 A.M. Sunday
