David Lynn “Toby” Harvey, 55, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Thursday, May 14, 2026 at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee

He was born January 22, 1971 in Adair County and was preceded in death by his father, Charles Walton Harvey and his mother, Wilma Jean Harmon Keith.

His daughter – Nicole Burton of Columbia

One brother – Charles Harvey of Columbia

Two sisters – Gail Harvey and Marie Seals both of Columbia

Two nephews – Chris Harvey and Paul Abston, Jr.

Four nieces – Wendy Abston, Jeannie Abston, Zoe Harvey and Andrea Williams

The mother of his daughter – Christee Burton of Columbia
