Doug Holt, 63, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, February 20, 2026, at Med Center Health in Bowling Green

He was born July 7, 1962, in Russell County and was a former carpenter and logger.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Ray Holt and a brother, Jackie Holt.

Survivors include:

His mother – Lois Crockett Holt of Columbia

His son – Josh Holt of Columbia

Four grandchildren – Steven Holt, Michael Holt, Jasmine Holt and Grace Holt

Funeral service – Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home

Burial in Crockett Cemetery in Russell County

Visitation after 10:00 A.M. Tuesday
