Eliza Creola Biggs, 85, of Greensburg, Kentucky, died Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Norton’s Healthcare Pavilion Hosparus Inpatient Unit in Louisville.

She was born February 1, 1937, in Adair County, to the late Pete and Nancy Elizabeth Tucker Cox.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie James “Sock” Biggs, four brothers, James H. Cox, William Cox, Jay Cox and Norman Wesley Cox and four sisters, Myrtle Cox Bright, Flossie Cox Taylor, Edna Hampton Cox and Mary Alice Thompson.

Survivors include:

Her two children – Jeff Biggs (Pam Wilson) of Columbia, Jennifer Biggs (Barry Burton) of Russell Springs

One brother – Howard Cox of Louisville

Several other relatives and friends

Funeral service - Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Lanny Garner officiating

Burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery

Visitation after 5:00 P.M. Wednesday
