Elizabeth Jane York

Elizabeth Jane York, 91, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Summit Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Columbia.

She was born December 14, 1932, in Cumberland County, to the late Andy and Lula Morrison York. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, James Burton and Eddie Burton and two daughters, Kathleen Hill and Flora Mae Fudge.

Survivors include:

Five sons – Odell Smith (JoAnn), Albert Burton (Ruby), David Burton (Mona) and Jerry Burton all of Columbia and Ronald Burton (Michelle Luttrell) of Russell Springs

One daughter – Maureen Caudill of Columbia

Special niece – Shirley Nash York

20 Grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren

And a host of other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.  at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Bunch officiating

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation after 11:00 A.M. Wednesday
