Frances T. Burris, 77, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 2:44 P.M. at her home.

She was born October 10, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Robert James and Jen Marie Vaclon Davis and was raised by the late Lloyd and Lena Lawson.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Edward Steven Burris and three brothers, Bob, Bryan and Jackie Davis.

Frances was a member of Bloomington Chapel Church, formerly operated a Hot Dog Stand in Chicago and a homemaker.

Her husband – Finis “Red” Burris of Columbia

Two sisters – Nancy Shaunessy and Patricia Stephens both of Las Vegas, Nevada

Funeral service – Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Foster officiating

Burial in Bearwallow Cemetery

Visitation after 8:00 A.M. Tuesday
