Gary "Frog" Wayne Rooks

Gary Wayne “Frog” Rooks, 59, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, February 3, 2023 at 3:15 A.M. at TJ Health/ Columbia.

He was born July 26, 1963, in Adair County, to the late Joe and Nancy Luttrell Rooks. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Huston Rooks and a sister, Faylene Padilla.

Frog was a self-employed mechanic and auto body-man, and recently accepted Jesus as his Savior.

His wife – Nioki Loy Rooks of Columbia

Two brothers – Johnny Rooks of Milltown and Donald Rooks of Seymour, Indiana

Three sisters – Mitzi (Billy) Burton, Betty Burton and Jean Arnett all of Columbia

 A Sister-in-law – Naomi Kerr of Glens Fork

 A Brother-in-law – Autry (Joyce) Loy of Columbia

Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Monday, February 6, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Pastor Glenn McInteer officiating

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation after 3:00 P.M. Sunday
