George C. Todd

George C. Todd, 83, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Monday, March 27, 2023 at 11:19 P.M. at TJ Health/Columbia Emergency Room

He was born December 15, 1939, in Taylor County, to the late George and Marguerite Stephens Todd.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael, a grandson, Willie and two brothers in infancy.

George was a U.S. Army Veteran, a farmer and enjoyed going to Adair Friends and Neighbors Adult Health Center which all of the staff and clients became as family to him and his wife.

Survivors include:

His wife – Joann James Todd of Columbia

Two daughters – Michelle Stamps and Diane Weatherman both of Palestine, Indiana

One step-son and two step-daughters – Scott, Kathy and Cynthia Gail Bragg

His brother and sister-in-law – Jimmy and Sherlene Todd of Cane Valley

Seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Friday, March 31, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Withers officiating

Burial in Cane Valley Cemetery

Visitation after 10:00 A.M. Friday
