Ilona Irwin Obituary

Ilona Jean Cowan Irwin, 73, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.

She was born August 6, 1946, in Salisbury, Illinois, to the late Emory and Elsie Thomas Hinds, the widow of Cassius Cowan, a member of Salisbury Christian Church and was preceded in death by a grandson, Tyler Giles and two sisters, Roberta Grant and Rosella Woosley.

Survivors include:

One daughter – Tina Davis (Ronnie “Chico” Mitchell) of Columbia

One son – Anthony “PeeWee” Cowan (Juanita) of Columbia

One brother – Bill Hinds of Illinois

One sister – Wyvonna King of Illinois

Six grandchildren – Tyler Cowan, Jason, NaTasha & Timmy Davis, Chanley Otterson Grant & Kiley Hutchison

10 Great-Grandchildren

Several other relatives & friends

Ilona requested Cremation and no services will be held
