Irene Yarberry

Irene Yarberry, 77, of Columbia, died Wednesday, November 22, 2023 in Louisville, KY.

She was born April 29, 1946, to the late John and Carrie Lucas. Irene was formerly employed at  Murkami and operated Yarberry’ s Store for many years. She was a member of Freedom Separate Baptist Church.

Survivors include:

Her husband of 58 years – Gene Yarberry of Columbia, KY

Two sons – Mike Yarberry and Dustin Yarberry both of Columbia, KY

One brother – Donald Lucas of Georgia

Two sisters – Doris Hughes of Louisville, KY and Loretta Jones of Michigan

One grandchild – Emma Yarberry

Funeral service – Monday, November 27, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at Freedom Separate Baptist Church with Bro. Jamie Bryant and Bro. Darren Blair officiating

Burial in Freedom Cemetery

Visitation will be at Freedom Separate Baptist Church on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service
