James Arthur Jackson, Jr., 76, of Louisville, KY, died Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11:30 A.M. at the Norton-Suburban Hospital Emergency Room in Louisville
He was born October 17, 1938, in Milltown, Kentucky, to the late James Arthur and Myrtle Graves Jackson. He was a member of Second Christian Church, worked for 30 years for Ford Motor Company, was passionate about University of Louisville Basketball, fishing, partying and his dog, Butch.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marsha Lee Bradshaw Jackson, two brothers, Samuel & David Lee Jackson and four sisters, Opal D. Frazier, Shirley Willams, Alice Jackson & Pearl Grady
Survivors include:
One daughter – Fransa Curry Martin (Henry) of Louisville
Two brothers – Edwin Jackson (Cheryl) of Columbia, Kenneth Jackson (Mae) of Glasgow
Two sisters – Ella Mae Jackson of Columbia, Laura Daniels of Louisville
Sister-in-law - Winnie Jackson of Louisville
Special Friend - Judy Jordan of Louisville
Two grandchildren – Teon Curry (Stephanie) and Deshawn Hines
Eight great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends

Burial in Holt Cemetery in Russell County
