Jeannette “Jenny” Moss, 86, of Columbia, died Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 5:56 A.M. at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington.

She was born May 6, 1929, in Adair County, to the late B.E. & Vera Durham Wilson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Guy Moss on May 16, 2006, and her eight siblings.  She was a member of Columbia-Union Presbyterian Church where she had served as an Elder, a longtime employee of K & F Food Store and she enjoyed giving snacks to her grand-dog, Sylvia.  

Survivors Include:
Two Sons – Tom (Terry) Moss of Lexington & David (Kathy) Moss of Columbia
Two Grandchildren – Megan (Scott) Salathe & Sara Moss
One Brother-in-law – J.T. Moss of Columbia
Several Nieces & Nephews also survive

Funeral Service – Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with David Moss officiating

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation after 5:00 P.M., Wednesday

Casket Bearers – Jimmy Harper, Ben Burr, Dale Bennett, Gary Moss, Sammy Booher, Kyle Riddle & Mike Seiler
