Jimmy Huddleston, 65, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 3:40 A.M. at TJ Health/ Columbia surrounded by his family and friends.


He was born February 14, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois.  Jimmy professed his faith in Christ, was a proud beef cattle farmer, an avid gun and knife trader and a retired roofer. He was preceded in death by his father, Avalee Huddleston on January 31, 2024.


Survivors include:


His wife – Gail McClister Huddleston of Columbia


One son and daughter-in-law – Joshua Lee and Olivia Huddleston of Jamestown


One daughter and son-in-law – Natasha and Brian McElroy of Russell Springs


His mother – Goldie Shelton Huddleston of Columbia


Two brothers – Jackie Huddleston of Columbia and Craig Huddleston of Knifley


Two sisters – Carol Roy of Russell Springs and Anita Begley of Columbia


Four grandchildren – Abby, Cora, Carter and Willow


Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends


Funeral service – Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Huddleston officiating


Burial in Melson Cemetery


Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Monday


In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the American Cancer Society which can be left at the funeral home
