John D. Coffey

John D. Coffey, of Russell Springs Kentucky was born August 15, 1938, to John and Dakota Coffey, passed on April 11, 2023.  He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carolyn Joann Middleton Coffey, his children, Ricky (Mona) Seratt, Randy Seratt, Debra Sciandra, Danny (Becky) Seratt, Kimberly (Alford) Witthauer, James (Kim) Seratt, Patti (Bob) Frenya, and Dawn (Tony) Oliva.

Surviving grandchildren are Ricky (Cindy) Seratt, Jr., Elizabeth Seratt, Austin (Shelbie) Seratt, Jaydee Warner, Sonny Seratt, Casey Sciandra, Danielle (Javier) Estribi, Jonathon Seratt, Denea (Daniel) Sadler, Stephanie Burnett, Andy Burnett, Jr., Connie (Chris) Zerecero, Jessica Colwill, Randi Sue Seratt, Jordan Seratt, Sammy Seratt, Kevin Seratt, William Ross, Nicole Anderson, Jamie Seratt, Lacey Carter, Nickalos Oliva, Brandon Oliva, Tabitha Brimson, and Robert Fields.

He is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Alice, a grandson Chase, and two granddaughters, Telina and Desoray.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, a member of The Hungry House Ministries and retired from General Motors

Burial in Freedom Cemetery with full military honors presented by V.F.W. Post 6097
