John E. Nall

John E. Nall, 81, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Monday, December 13, 2021 at 2:25 A.M. at TJ Health/ Columbia.

He was born in Vine Grove, Kentucky, on June 21, 1940, to the late Jacob Allen and Katherine Keith Nall.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Nall on May 10, 1991 and twin sons, Clinton & Quinton Nall in 1964 and two sisters, Martha Nall and Anna Hater.

John retired from the Louisville Police Department and also retired as Vice-President of Claims from Celina Insurance Group.  He was a member of Columbia Christian Church and most recently attended Bernard Ridge Church of God.  He served on the Westlake Regional Hospital Board for several years, a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and the Blue Knights.

His wife – Patty Rowe Nall of Columbia

Two sons – Christopher L. Nall (Shirley) of Hodgenville, Jason W. Nall (Lisa) of Elizabethtown

Two step-daughters – Ashley Stephens (Howard) of Russell Springs, Amberee Coomer of Columbia

One brother – Frank Nall (Kathy) of Nicholasville

One sister – Juanita Wiggington (Mark) of Glendale

11 grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild

Memorial Service will be Friday, December 17, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Lindsey Cornett officiating

The family will receive friends after 9:00 A.M.  Friday

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Gideon Bible Plan would be appreciated
