Obituary
Joyce Marie Pickett, 81, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, formerly of Adair County, returned to her Heavenly Father on July 31, 2023.
She was born September 7, 1941, to the late Clifton and Margaret Poston Moore and a member of Davidson Memorial United Methodist Church.
Joyce leaves to cherish her memory:
Her husband of 62 years – Roger Blake Pickett of Shepherdsville
One son – Clifton Pickett (Bridget) of Shepherdsville
Two daughters – Connie Hatfield (David) of Shepherdsville and Melissa Laytham (Marc) of Mt. Washington
One sister – Pat Reliford (Pete) of Columbia
Three grandchildren – Chloe, Blake (Jeanette), Bailey (Levi) and a great-grandchild on the way, Easton Bradley
A host of other family and friends
Funeral service – Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. ET at Shoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home in Shepherdsville (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial to follow in the Moore Cemetery in Adair County with a Graveside service at 2:00 P.M. CT
Visitation on Friday from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Saturday after 11:00 A.M. at Shoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home
