Judy (Burton) Cowan

Judy Cowan, 75, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Monday, May 26, 2025 at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow

She was born February 26, 1950, in Adair County, to the late Everett and Addie Lee Irvin Burton.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Cowan.

Survivors include:

Her husband – Ronnie Cowan of Columbia

One son – Scott Cowan (Angela) of Columbia

A special son – Cody Hunter Cowan of Columbia

Two daughters – Julie Avery (Sam) and Jennie Snider (Chris Darnell) all of Columbia

One brother – Gerald Burton of Columbia

Five grandchildren – Tyler Cowan, Trevor Cowan, Amber Cowan, Devin Richardson, Alexia Snider

Two great-grandchildren – Bodie Cowan and Hendrix Cowan

Several other relatives and friends

Graveside service – Friday, May 30, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Bearwallow Cemetery with Bro. Richard Lehman officiating

Visitation on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until 12:45 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home
