Linda Carol (Akin) Bennett

Linda Carol Bennett, 73, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 12:55 P.M. at Glenview Nursing Home in Glasgow

She was born August 8, 1949, in Green County, to the late Wesley Akin, Jr. and Virginia Mae Arnett Akin.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Bennett on December 24, 2021,  her daughter, Crystal Joy Pierce and her sister, Brenda Bryant.   She attended Calvary Temple Church and was a retired factory worker.

Survivors include:

Two sons – Richard Burris (Betty) of Columbia and Adam Bennett of Glasgow

Five grandchildren – Wesley Burris (Jessicia) of Columbia, Richard Nathanael Pierce (Jocelyn) of Troy, Ohio, Jeremiah Pierce (Miranda) of Troy, Ohio, Brooke Burris (fiancè Taylor Perkins) of Mt. Sherman, Cherish Little (Aaron) of Troy Ohio

Three great-grandchildren
