Lisa Nicole Crawhorn, 45, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Norton’s Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville.
She was born March 28, 1977, in Chicago, Illinois and was employed by Heritage Family Services in Campbellsville.
Survivors include:
Her parents – Ralph and Sherri Crawhorn of Richmond and Pat and Billy Keltner of Portland
Her husband – Jason Burton of Portland
Her son – Chance Riley Burton of Columbia
Three brothers – Thomas Keltner (Danielle) of Columbia, Sean Keltner (Becky) of Russell Springs, Jason Keltner (Tessa) of Albany
Three sisters – Lora George (Darren) of Bardstown, Elesha Butler (Bill) of Rineyville, Tara Franklin of Richmond
Her grandmother – Freda Wilson of Campbellsville
Several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends
Funeral service – Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Martin officiating
