Lucille Absher Turner, 81, of Campbellsville, formerly of Adair County, died Saturday, November 7, 2013 at 7:32 A.M., in Jamestown

She was born June 7, 1932, in Adair County, to the late Albert & Bessie Bohanon Bryant.  She was married to J.D. Absher, who preceded her in death in 1986 and later married Leslie Turner, who preceded her in death in 2004.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Marshall Wayne Absher  and a grandson, David Wayne Absher.  

She was a member of Egypt Christian Church and was retired from Fruit of the Loom

Survivors include:
One daughter – Bonnie Rodgers (Charlie Irey) of Jamestown
One son – Keenan (Pam) Turner of Somerset
Two brothers – Robert & Lawrence Bryant both of Columbia
One sister – Norene Breeding of Bowling Green
Three grandchildren – Kim (Richie) Keltner, Angie (Greg) Smith, Monica (William) Shuffett
Six great-grandchildren, several nieces & nephews, including a special niece, Wanda Sanders

Funeral service – Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013 at 12 Noon at Egypt Christian Church with Bro. Paul Patton & Bro. Hugh Withers officiating

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation on Monday after 3:00 P.M. and from 6:00 A.M. until 9:30 A.M. Tuesday at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home and after 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at Egypt Christian Church

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Egypt Christian Church WINGS or the Richie Keltner Medical Fund.  These may be left at the funeral home
