He was born November 14, 1972, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father, Harlon Franklin.
Lynn was Owner of Lynn’s Service Center on Jamestown Street for many years, loved Antiquing, his fur babies and his family above all.

One son – Wyatt Franklin (Amber Booher) of Columbia
Two daughters – Heather Sneed (Jordan) and Shelby King (Kim) all of Columbia
A bonus daughter – Haley Scott (Zach) of Columbia
Two brothers – Jerry Franklin (Margie) of Bowling Green and Billy Franklin (Robin) of Columbia
One sister – Brenda Bardin (Jackie) of Columbia
Three bonus grandchildren – Easton, Emmalyn and Ellison
His father-in-law and mother-in-law – Eugene “Bimbo” and Hilda McQueary of Columbia
