Magdeline (Wagers) Farmer

Magdeline Farmer, 86, of Knifley, Kentucky, died Saturday, August 2, 2025 at her home.

She was born August 4, 1938, in Hazard, Kentucky, to the late John D. and Phoebe Melton Wagers.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Onie Farmer, two sons, George Harrison and William Preston Baldridge and one daughter, Jacqueline Carter.

Survivors include:

Two sons – William Harrison (Gail) of Russell Springs and Darren Baldridge of Knifley

Four daughters – Irene Hurt and Betty Joyce both of Tennessee, Debbie Bugle (Chris) of Columbia, Sandra Kay Tucker (Roger) of Russell Springs

27 grandchildren, several great and great-grandchildren

Funeral service – Friday, August 8, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with

Burial in Roley Cemetery

Visitation after 9:00 A.M. Friday
