Mitchell Cheatham Obituary

Mitchell Cheatham, 59, formerly of Columbia, died Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 3:23 P.M. at Hospice of Southern Kentucky/Greenwood in Bowling Green.


He was born June 24, 1961, in Adair County, to the late Joe Wallace and Lula Reed Cheatham.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Michael Cheatham.  Mitchell was a US Army Veteran.


Survivors include:


Two sisters – Sandra Cheatham of Morgantown, Sheila Hayes and husband Dale of Columbia


Six nieces – Stephanie Bradshaw, Brynn Allen, Sarah Goode, Rebecca Cheatham, Elizabeth Reynolds and Leslie Scott


One nephew – Kenton Hayes


Several other relatives and friends


Funeral service – Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 12 Noon at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Wayne Goodin officiating


Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery with full military honors presented by VFW Post 6097


Visitation after 9:00 A.M. Wednesday
