Nancy Elizabeth Reeves, 74, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, August 22, 2025 at Bluegrass Way in Campbellsville

She was born June 3, 1951, in Adair County, to the late Estel Eugene and Mary Hunter Ballou.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a step-son, James Shannon Reeves and a sister, Loreta Adams.

Nancy was a member of Shiloh Christian Church, a former merchant, owning The Pink Flamingo, she worked at Bank of Columbia for 25 years, First National Bank for five years and enjoyed shopping and her family.

Her husband – James Louis Reeves of Columbia

Two daughters and sons-in-law – Julie and Greg Burton, Jill and Chris Wilson all of Columbia

Two brothers – Dr. Sherman Ballou (Sharon) of Cave City and John Ballou (Nancy) of Columbia

Two sisters – Juanita Pendygraft (Neil) of Glasgow and Marla Shelley (J.M.) of Columbia

Five grandchildren – Dr. Jacob Burton (Malory), Carli Burton (Nicole), Elliot Burton (Hailey), Simon Wilson and Gracie Wilson

Five great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Monday, August 25, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Shelley and Bro. Randy Young officiating

Burial in Shiloh Cemetery

Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Sunday
