Norene (Cravens) Harmon

Norene Harmon, 86, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Fair Oaks Health and Rehab in Jamestown.

She was born February 1, 1936, in Adair County, to the late Walter and Kathrene Powell Cravens.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Olen Harmon, three brothers, Leon, Melvin and Leonard Earl Cravens, two sisters, Frances Harmon and Cecile Maye Alley and a great-granddaughter, Shyanna Harmon.

Survivors include:

Five sons – Larry Harmon of Columbia, Gary Harmon of Columbia, Roger Harmon (Connie) of Russell County, Clifford Harmon of Columbia, Ronnie Harmon (Sarah) of Columbia

Three daughters – Earlene Edmonds of Russell County, Jean Curry (Dale) of Columbia, Wanda Curry of Columbia

One sister – Raydean Burton of Columbia

10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren along with several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Foster officiating

Burial in Freedom Cemetery

Visitation after 5:00 P.M. Tuesday
