Norma Taylor Obituary

Norma Jean Taylor, 86, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Monday, November 8, 2021 at her home.

She was born January 8, 1935, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Tony and Myrtle Eldred Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Taylor, one daughter, Shirley Cruz, one brother, Richard Martin, two sisters, Margaret Hanley and Judy Hanner and two great-grandchildren.

Survivors include:

Four daughters – Brenda (Lonnie) Maynard and Jo Ann (Odell) Smith all of Columbia, Barbara (Bill) Carlson of Michigan and Carol (Marty) Dreher of Tennessee

Three brothers – John Martin, Jim Martin and Roy Martin all of Michigan

A son-in-law – Ron Cruz

15 Grandchildren, 34 Great-Grandchildren and five Great-Great Grandchildren

Cremation has been chosen and no public visitation or funeral will be held

Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements
