Norma Jean Williams, 59 of Columbia passed away at her home June 15, 2024 surrounded by her family. Born July 29, 1964 to the late George & Mary Reece in Beattyville, Kentucky.
Norma is survived by her husband of 42 years, Anthony and her two sons Jordan (Sarai) Williams of Columbia and Joshua Williams of Indianapolis. She was the beloved Memaw of Rhett Oliver. Other survivors include a sister Diane (Gary) Blanton of Owensboro and a host of other family members.
Norma was witty and passionate about all things. An avid learner, she never met a task she couldn’t complete. Norma spent her life devoted to her family and working as a dog breeder. A devout Christian she instilled the love for Christ in her family. The light of her life was the little boy who called her Memaw and who loved her “this much.” She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 18th with visitation at 11am central time with funeral services at 12pm central time at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with internment at Haven Hill Cemetery.
