Rhonda Turner Obituary

Rhonda Lee Turner, 71, of Cave City, Kentucky, formerly of Columbia, died Monday, October 4, 2021 at her home.

She was born December 8, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late L. C. and Zella Akin Cole. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, David Joe Turner.

Rhonda was a 1968 graduate of Adair County High School and retired from Caverna Independent Schools. After retirement, she became Principal of Glasgow Christian Academy.

Survivors include:

Her husband –Joe Turner of Cave City

Three daughters – Dawn Turner and her husband Scotty Hagan of Gallatin, Tennessee, Elizabeth Turner of Lexington, Catherine Turner of St. Paul, Minnesota

One grandchild – Skyler Mosby

Two step-grandchildren - Grace and Ella Hagan

One sister – Patty (Richard) Martin of Glasgow

One brother – Kevin Cole of Columbia

Several other relatives and friends

A private graveside service will be in the Cave City Cemetery
