Ricky Taylor

Ricky Taylor, 65, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, April 25, 2025 at TJ Health/ Columbia

He was born September 2, 1959, in Barren County, to the late Alex Richard and Charlene Hancock Taylor.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Mae Doss Taylor and a brother, Jerry Coffey.  Ricky was a US Army Veteran and a former truck driver.

Survivors include:

One son and daughter-in-law – Justin and Amanda Taylor of Olive Branch, Mississippi

One daughter and son-in-law – Stephanie and Justin Ford of Lexington

Five grandchildren – Taylor and Carter Ford, Tucker Campbell, Cooper, Brooks and Bentleigh Taylor

One sister – Jean Bryant of Columbia

Two brothers – Gary Lane of Brodhead and Darren Taylor of Columbia

Several other relatives and friends

At Ricky’s request, there will be no public visitation or funeral
