Allen Scott “Shag” Crouch, 59, of Columbia, KY, died Friday, December 8, 2023 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. 

He was born December 6, 1964 in Dayton, OH.   He was a surveyor with McKinney Surveying.  He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Crouch and a sister, Diana Lynn Perkins.

Two brothers – Jeff Crouch (Kelly) of Columbia and Doug Crouch of Columbia
