Steve Wilson Obituary

Steve Wilson, 60, of Breeding, Kentucky, died Friday, May 1, 2026, at the home of his daughter in Campbellsburg, Kentucky

He was born August 1, 1965, in Adair County, to the late Johnnie and Ruby Janes Wilson.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, David Wilson and Jimmy Wilson and one sister, Bonnie Bradshaw.

Steve attended Sparksville Church of the Nazarene, was a member of the Kentucky Auctioneer Association and a farmer.

Survivors include:

His wife of 35 years – Susie Pennington Wilson of Breeding

One daughter and son-in-law – Sarah and Daniel Corley of Campbellsburg

One grandchild – MaKenlee Jade Corley of Campbellsburg

A special daughter – Amber Smith of Campbellsburg

Two brothers – Johnnie R. Wilson of Adair County and William Wilson of Oregon

Four sisters – Bobbie Antle of Russell Springs, Kay Rogers of Shepherdsville, Debbie Rogers of Defoe and Carol Burton of Bardstown

Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Monday, May 4, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Sexton and Bro. Robert Judd officiating

Burial in Moore Cemetery

Visitation after 10:00 A.M. Monday
