Tamara Lynn Budzisz age 56 of Columbia, Kentucky passed away March 14, 2025 at the Taylor Regional Hospital.
She was born November 6, 1968 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late John and Mary Clemens Mueller. She was a restaurant manager at Fazoli’s.
Survivors include:
Husband: Dale Budzisz of Columbia
Stepdaughter: Amy Ashley of Louisville
Sisters: Lisa Mueler of Pulaski County and Heather Short of Indiana
Nieces and Nephews: Allexis Hobaugh, John Giles, Destiney Giles, Hannah Short, and Gordon Short
Plus, a host of other relatives and friends.
Cremation was chosen.
