Terry Lynn Smith, 58, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Thursday, June 27, 2024 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green

He was born August 21, 1965, in Cumberland County.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Rilda Wooldridge Smith and one brother, Roger Smith.

Survivors include:

His father and step-mother – Ralph and Sharon Smith of Columbia

His daughter – Tabitha Smith of Columbia

His companion of 40 years – Treva Russell of Russell County

One brother – Dwayne Smith (Pam) of Columbia

Two sisters – Elaine Rowlett (Jay) and Angie Janes (Doc) all of Columbia

Four grandchildren – Richard, Lexie, Morgan and Mia

Several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Avery Russell officiating

Burial in A.B. Turner Cemetery in Chance

Visitation after 9:00 A.M. Tuesday
