Terry Sullivan

Terry R. Sullivan, 69, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Baptist Health in Lexington

He was born December 23, 1956, in Coeburn, Virginia, to the late Edgar and Trula Ward Sullivan.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Billy Sullivan, Earl Sullivan, Jimmy Sullivan and two sisters, Judy Rollins and Barbara “Bobbie” Sullivan.

Terry was an active member of Church of the Harvest, serving on the Board, a member of the Coon Hunters Association and a carpenter. He dearly loved his family and his church family.

Survivors include:

His wife – Carolyn Wall Sullivan of Columbia

Two daughters – Mandy Sullivan of Maryland and Tiffany Willis (Patrick) of Columbia

Two special sons – Timmie Nelson and Timothy Campbell of Columbia

One brother – Charlie Sullivan (Alberta) of Maryland

One sister – Jenna Harden of Columbia

A sister-in-law – Venita Sullivan of Columbia

Five grandchildren – Damon Sullivan, Alexis Sullivan, Jasmine Bryant, Kenadi Willis and Brixon Willis

Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home

Burial in Freedom Cemetery

Visitation after 10:00 A.M. Saturday
