Tony Levi Collins

Tony Levi Collins, 67, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Thursday, January 4, 2024 at TJ Health/Columbia

He was born February 23, 1956, in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late Levi and Mamie Louise Turley Collins.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nola Louise Matthews.  He was a former truck driver and worked at Speaks Marathon in Lexington for many years.

His wife – Barbara Hance Collins of Lexington

Three children – Eric Scott Collins (Kimberly) of Louisiana, Natasha Lee Reeves (Claud) of Alabama, Elisha Marie Collins of Alabama

One step-child – Sophia Lynn Tebo (Chris) of New York

One sister – Yasmin Bittaye of Frankfort

Nine grandchildren – Katie Reeves, Madison Freeman, Levi Reeves, Rylee Reeves, Emersyn Reeves, Nadia Collins, Karlee Collins, Gracelyn Clark and Dalton Tebo

A special sister-in-law and brother-in-law – Margaret Hance and Kenneth McClintock of Knifley

A special niece – Angie Williams

The family has chosen Cremation and will have a Celebration of the life of Tony Collins on Saturday, January 20, 2024 starting at 12:30 P.M. EST at the Courtyard by Marriott, 3100 Wall Street, Lexington, KY  40513.
