Zilpha M. (Richard) Corbin

Zilpha M. Corbin, 89, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Summit Manor Nursing Home.

She was born June 4, 1935, in Adair County, to the late Cager Allen and Etta Wilson Richard.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. Ernest Corbin and a sister, Mary Perkins.  She retired from Fruit of the Loom, was a member of Jones Chapel Church and enjoyed cooking and backing, especially her homemade pies.

Survivors include:

Three brothers and sisters-in-law – Johnny and Carolyn Richard, Odell and Norma Richard all of Columbia, Owen and Pat Richard of Campbellsville

Three nephews and two nieces – James Richard, Derek Richard, Todd Richard, Tina Kruzinga and Tracey Serafino

Funeral service – Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Wisdom officiating

Burial in Jones Chapel Cemetery

Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Monday
