Geneva Bledsoe, 81, of Greensburg, died Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at Signature Health Care at Summit Manor.

She was born February 24, 1936, in Adair County, to the late Welby & Lettie Collins.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one great-grandchild.  She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom where she retired after 31 years of service.

Survivors Include:

One Son – John David Bledsoe of Russell Springs

Four Daughters – Cathy & Larry Turner of Fairplay, Barbara & Jimmy Bunch of Columbia, Karen Bledsoe & Tammy & David Bryant all of Greensburg

One Brother – Bobby (Iva Dean) Collins of Glensfork

Eight Grandchildren & One Step-Grandchild

16 Great-Grandchildren, Seven Step-Great-Grandchildren & Six Step-Great-Great-Grandchildren

One niece, one nephew, two great-nieces, two great-nephews & two great-great-nephews also survive

Funeral Service – Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Bunch & Bro. Dewayne Lobb officiating

Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Tuesday

Expressions of sympathy are requested to be in the form of donation of Gideon Bibles.  These may be left at the funeral home.
