David "JJ" Martin is the son of the late Brother Raymond and Jessie Martin. He is a 1979 graduate of Adair County High School and graduated from Kentucky School of Mortuary Science in 1980. He received his Funeral Director and Embalmer Licenses in 1982. He also holds Life Insurance Agent license. He has worked in the funeral business since he was 15 years old. He became a partner in Grissom Funeral Home August 1, 1985. In February 2007, he and his wife became sole owners of the funeral home. He is married to Cathy Rodgers Martin and they have two children, Blake and McKenzie, and two grandsons, Asher Cole Martin & Avery Hayes Martin.

Cathy R. Martin is the daughter of Billy and Joyce C. Rodgers. She is a 1978 graduate of Adair County High School and attended Lindsey Wilson College. She has been a part of the funeral home since 1990 when she and David married. She received her Funeral Director License in 1996 and has held Property & Casualty License. She and David have two children, Blake & McKenzie, and two grandsons, Asher Cole Martin & Avery Hayes Martin.

Robert Harmon is the son of the late Gilbert and Bessie Harmon. He has been working at the funeral home since 1987 and received his Funeral Director license in 2006. He is married to Sharon Corbin Harmon and they have one son Robbie (Tobie) Harmon and have three grandchildren; Maddie, Emma and Jaymeson.

Blake Martin is the son of David and Cathy Martin. He has been working at the funeral home since he was 13. He is a 2005 graduate of Adair County High School and 2010 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Math degree. He is a 2014 graduate of Vincennes University Mortuary Science Program. He received his Funeral Director license in 2012 and was licensed as an Embalmer in September 2014. He is married to Haley Blaydes Martin and they have two sons, Asher Cole Martin & Avery Hayes Martin. Blake unexpectedly died on December 20, 2020 and a huge hole is left in our hearts. We will forever love and miss him.

Crystal Caldwell is the daughter of the late Bradley Grant and Anna Wells. She is a graduate of Adair County High School and Lindsey Wilson College. Crystal worked with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services for 30 years. She is married to Bryan Caldwell and they have two sons, Grant (Allie ) and Mason and one granddaughter, Lila.

Kobie Thomas Wood is the son of Brandy Bishop Milby and the late Jay Wood and the grandson of Rhuel and Donna Bishop and Mary Wood and the late Michael Wood. He was born and raised in Green County and has worked in the funeral business since 2017. He is a graduate of Green County High School with honors and on September of 2021 he graduated from Mid-America College of Funeral Service obtaining his associates degree in Mortuary Science. He received his funeral director and embalming licenses on February 2022 and is a lisceased pre-need agent. He has a Saint Berdoodle named Stella. He enjoys collecting antiques, model trains, playing piano, hunting deer and turkeys, and traveling.
