Mattie Collins, 95, a resident of Summit Manor Health & Rehab, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 2:05 P.M. at Summit Manor.  

She was born January 12, 1919, in Adair County, to the late Millard & Nona McFarland Collins.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, James, Joe, Sr., Preston, Bill, Bob & Marie Collins.  She was a member the Church of Christ and a homemaker.

Survivors Include:
One Son – Clifton Collins of Somerset
Sister-in-law – Edra Nell Collins of Columbia
Several nieces and nephews also survive, including a special nephew, Ricky Collins and family.

Funeral Service – Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Hugh Gannon officiating

Burial in Collins Family Cemetery

Visitation after 5:00 P.M., Friday
